By car:
Coming from Genoa or Livorno (A12) as well as from Florence - Lucca (A11), the recommended exit is Viareggio. Immediately after the tollbooth of the motorway, take the junction on your right and follow towards Lido di Camaiore. Arrived at the end of the connecting road, you'll arrive at a roundabout. Follow straight on and, immediately after having passed the small river Camaiore, turn left (Via del Fortino). Continue for about 800 meters and turn right into Via Roma. Follow along Via Roma for about 800 meters, you'll see Hotel dei Tigli clearly on your left hand side.
