Service was excellent at the Villa San Lucchese...they made several special birthday arrangements at the request of my friends back in Canada! This was all done through email prior to my arrival and it was all ready and presented to me when I arrived. ... Helpful staff, especially Marco who went out of his way to help me with special arrangements, directions, tours etc.
