• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price are per room per night
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price includes breakfast and it is a Buffet Breakfast (cappuccino, milk, coffee, tea, home made cakes, cereals, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit juice, yogurts, butter, croissants, jams, honey, fresh fruits, eggs, bread).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible to settle the bill on arival
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff can speak English, French, German, Italian
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building is composed by ground floor + 2 floors that you can easily reach with elevator (lift) facility
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The ancient Villa offers hospitality in some very elegant, quiet and romantic rooms and suites, overlooking in the green Italian style garden.
  
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No the rooms have not terrace but windows overlooking in the garden which surrounds the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No the rooms have no balcony but windows overlooking the luxuriant garden.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are for No Smoking people
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have TV Sat, with international channels
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all the rooms are equipped by telephone and you can directly call from the room
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, in all the rooms there is air conditioning, and it is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, you can find in the reception an Internet Point for guests.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  In our property, in the green garden you can enjoy you in 2 swimming pools 1 for adults and 1 for children. They are opened from March to October, untill the wheather like can allow it!
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have available 2 very large private parkings.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We are pleased to confirm that we directily provide for our guests car, vespa, bike rentals.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  At 1 km from the Villa, in Poggibonsi reach the centre area where you can find supermarket, bar, restaurants, cinemas, theatre, discos, bowling etc...
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  The Villa is located in the Chianti area, surrounded by many hectares of vingnards and winery. In our hotel, you can also find a WineStore with a collection of the best quality wines of the area and you can also book a wine tasting.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  From the Property you can easly reach the most important tuscan cities: Firenze (37 km), Siena ( 18 km) Pisa (60 km), Arezzo (45 km), San Gimignano(9 km), Certaldo (14 km)Siena (18 km),Volterra (40 km)Pienza and Montalcino (60 km)
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Poggibonsi (1 km)
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze (40 km)
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we are pleased to arrange for our guest the transferts service from/to Airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Poggibonsi is the closest bus stop (1 km)
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Poggibonsi is the closest railway station (1 km)
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Many rooms are equipped by Hydro bath or shower.
  We have also a special convention with Biosfera fitness center in Poggibonsi, so we can easily book many treatments for our guests.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, we cannot allow pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, in our property you can find the restaurant, with panoramic terrace and elegant Dining rooms, where you can taste the typical Tuscan dishes prepared with a light touch and combined with a selection of good wines , collected in our wine store.
  In the morning you can delight in tasting genuine hand-made cakes and for your breakfast you can find a Bio spot.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can use the Internet Point for guests in the reception.
