• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 11.30pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is included in the price. We have a buffet breakfast served inside or outside in the garden. Breakfast includes hot drinks, juices, pastries, cakes, ham, cheese etc.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German and French are spoken at the reception desk.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors without the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are. The elegant decor and modern comforts make the hotel a romantic place for a truly relaxing holiday.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms have a terrace and sea view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some room have balcony and sea view.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in every room there is lcd Satellite Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a phone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is. The air conditioning is seasonal and free. It is in all the rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a wireless system.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is beautiful swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available inside our park.
• Where can we rent a car?
  This service is available in Hotel.

  Yes, there are many tourist facilities as shops, supermarket, newsagent nearby.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Forence is 120 Km far and Siena is 180 Km far, Pisa is 56 km far.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Ronchi is the nearest village.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?

• Which is the nearest bus-stop?

• How far away is the beach?
  We are in front of the beach.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The most of them are private. The Hotel doesn't have a private beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?

• Are pets welcome?

• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, Guests can savor the refined, traditional cuisine on offer at the delightful in-house restaurant, or can choose to dine by candlelight under the romantic gazebo in the garden.
