From motorway A1 exit Valdichiana take the the superstrada Siena Perugia (perugia direction), take the exit Cortona San Lorenzo and then follow Cortona City Center, historical center, and follow Piazza Garibaldi the main square.
On the train
Direct railway line Milan-Florence-Rome:
Railway station of Terontola-Cortona or Railway station of Camucia-Cortona. Bus service available from both stations right to the front door of the hotel.
By car
Travelling both north and southbound get off the A1 highway at the Val di Chiana tollbooth. Past the tollbooth get on the Siena-Perugia speedway (direction Perugia) and get off at the Cortona-San Lorenzo exit; at the stop sign take a right, direction Cortona, drive past Camucia and follow signs for Cortona. As you drive up the hill, past the Cortona road sign take a right to the city centre. You will get to the Piazza Garibaldi (also locally known as Carbonaia) where our hotel is located. |
