• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Double Room Classic, Check In any time, Check Out before middayDouble Room Prestige, Junior Suite Double, Double Room Deluxe, Suite Double, Suite Two Bedrooms, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price of the room. We offer a Full Buffet rich breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you can settle the bill on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German, Swedish, Spanish, Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Le Fontanelle Hotel consists of a Main building with 2 floors and lift and 2 adjacent one-floor houses with indoor passage to the parking and the main building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms provide the Guests with extremely romantic atmosphere, privateness and quitness.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some of them have a terrace/garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of them have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  In all hotel premises and guestrooms smoking is NOT allowed. Guests can smoke outside the hotel, in the gardens.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In all rooms: LCDs TV, Satellite TV and free of charge Pay TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in each room there are 2 telephones with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In all rooms there is air conditioning, individually controlled and free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have it.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There are 2 heated pools: 1 indoor & 1 outdoor panoramic pool. They are always open.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is the indoor parking free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  This service may be requested at the Concierge.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest grocery stores are located in Pianella (5 kms) while the nearest supermarkets are located in Siena (14 kms).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Otherwise it could not be! Our property is located amids the Chianti Classico vineyards.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 70 kms; Siena: 15 kms; Pisa: 180 kms.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Small village shops in:
  Pianella - 5 km; Monti in Chianti - 3 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport "Amerigo Vespucci" - domestic and international flights;
  Siena Ampugnano - for private jets only.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Pianella - 5 kms.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Siena - 15 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, our guests can enjoy a free use of the Hotel Relax Corner with Gym, Jacuzzi, Steam Bath and Sauna.
  Treatments in our Beauty Parlour are on request.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes: small / medium sized dogs are welcome. They are allowed in the rooms and common areas, excluding the Restaurants, the Bar, the Relax Corner, the Poolsides and the Gym.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Of course, yes: La Colonna restaurant offering local and traditional italian menus, as well.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, by direct plug in.
