• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 4 floors with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, the majority of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a tv in all the rooms and we have international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all the rooms have air conditioning, it is included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, it is open in summer, from June until August.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes we have a private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can tell to the reception and she can booking for you a car to the narest city.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?

• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Max. 1 hour for Florence, 30 minutes to Pisa and 1 hours and half for Siena.

  Pietrasanta, Forte Dei Marmi, Viareggio, Pisa.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we have.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  20 metres far.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Pietrasanta 2 km.
• How far away is the beach?
  50 meters.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Our beach is private.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No. In the private beach we have a Jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes of course, it is very good with a lot of choice, meat and fish.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible.
