TV did not work - had to ask several tims before it got repaired (TV is very useful when you have to unpack your bags and you have 2 children around playing) ... very bad quality of the restaurant and the food we have had much better hotels though tuscany.net at lower rates and lower rankings (4 stars ??!) The kitchen was a disgrace to the Italian cooking ! ... very bad quality of the meals - not at all representative for the Tuscan cuisine very unconfortable restaurant bad service and not enough food for everyone They did not even have water for the children ... the room was ok - clean and comfortable, but the overall impression is very bad - not at all typical and the food (breakfast AND meals) are very bad We have had far better experiences in other hotels at the same or even lower rates

To make the stay more pleasant I think the breakfast buffe very much need to improve. The jouice was too much water, the bread was very boring, the ham was a very cheap one. No fresch fruit. ... Yes

The hotel and its staff were very pleasant. The room was too small for four of us but was of a good standard. The swimming pool was large and often empty and we experienced no difficulty finding sunbeds. The one thing that spoiled our stay was the food. Breakfast was satisfactory but the evening meals were dreadful. There were only two options to choose from, portion sizes were minute and the quality of the cooking was reminiscent of school dinners. The whole experience of the evening meal was an unpleasant and extremely disappointing one as the meals wwere atrocious and the restaurant was intolerably hot. ... A pleasant and stylish hotel in a downmarket and busy resort, severely let down by the quality of the food. We would never stay there again.

the stay was very nice. The hotel staff is very pleasant. The room was a little small but the balcony was nice. The breakfast was more than sufficient and the staff there was also very pleasant. The village or town of Marina di Bibbona is cute and quaint with a few good restaurants within walking distance or easy driving distance. The next village Ceccia? I think it is called would be a nice place to recommend for someone who wants to be closer to the beach. ... The only negative I can say is that the location to get to the beach is not the easiest. You have to drive your car to a parking lot about a mile away and then walk quite far through the woods to get to the beach. Also the beach place was not very nice and it is rather remote compared to some others we saw in Bibbona.
