  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.

  The price is per accommodation.

• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We have a multilingual staff.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The property has 2 floors (no lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms are quiet and private. The most quiet are the pool side rooms (available with an extra charge).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, all the rooms have a private balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have some non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone in the rooms.

  Yes, there are grocery stores in Marina di Bibbona.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 150 km. Siena is 125 km. Pisa 70 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Marina di Bibbona.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just 50 m from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Cecina station.
• How far away is the beach?
  Just 700 m from the property.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The use of the beach is included in the price and include a beach umbrella, one deckchair and a sundeck. The beach is available from 1st of June to mid Semptember.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a good restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
