• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room and per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A Buffet with a Continental Breakfast is included in the price of the room made of rolls, pastries, cold meats, cheese, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit juices, coffee and tea.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival or at any stage of your staying.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are soundproofed and doubleglazed, however the rooms in the back are the quitest, just ask at the Concierge about the most private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One of our Double Superior has a small terrace with an ironwrought round table and two chairs.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Two of our Junior Suite have a balcony with gazebo, perfect for breakfast in the morning or for an after-dinner drink.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of our rooms are non-smoking. There is an area right in front of the Hotel where guests may smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in each room there is aflat screen LCD SAT TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have a telephone with direct dialling connection.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms have indipendent air-conditioning all year round at no-extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have a WI-FI connection downstairs in the lounge and a modem connection in every room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, in front of the Hotel for free or in a garage at an extra-charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Pisa Airport
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 90Kms, Siena 180kms, Pisa 30Kms.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Airport "G.Galilei" in Pisa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do at an extra-charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is next to our Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Pietrasanta railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  All our rooms have Jacuzzi-bath+shower or just a Jacuzzi- shower with a steam cabin system.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only in our Junior Suite with a balcony and if they are small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but you might book in advance we can organize small cocktail parties, champagne reception or a wine tasting accompanied by a gourmet dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can in every bedroom at an extra-charge.
