• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 14.00pm to 19.00pm.
  Check-out: before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment and not per guest.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No. All apartments are self-catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English & French.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartment can be on the ground floor or on the first floor, it depends on the type of apartment clients choose.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes it's provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some apartments has terrace, there is also a garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  In the apartments you can dine.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is parking lots 100 mt away from the apartments, some free and some due to payment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Pisa/Florence Airports and in San Gimignano.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are lots of grocery stores in the surroundings.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, our family produces wine and the estate and the wine production is 6 km outside of San Gimignano.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 40 km, Siena 30 km, Pisa 60 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The apartments are located in the center of San Gimignano.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Outside the apartments in Viale Garibaldi.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  At Poggibonsi, 10 km's away, there is a bus that goes every 30 min from Poggibonsi to San Gimignano.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
