• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4.30pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per apartment/room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is always included in double room price. For apartments both prices are available (self catering and B&B prices).
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  No elevetor, have three floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One apartment has a private terrace. The double bedrooms share a communal terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  "Leonardo da Vinci" has a private balcony terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There are televisions in all apartments and rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct line telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, is open the first of May.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Montevarchi or Arezzo. Information can be obtained at the reception desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 40 km, Siena 50 km, Pisa 90 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  "San Giustino Valdarno", 1 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence or Pisa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, sorry.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Yes in San Giustino V.no.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Arezzo or Montevarchi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is no fitness center in the Property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No computer in the rooms and apartments, but only internet connection.
