• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: within 04.00 pm.
  Check-out: within 11.00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Only for hotel bookings.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. No Lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, each bedroom is quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the propert.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  In some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have an open air parking.

  In town (siena) Hertz, Avis, C.a.l.l.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at 300 mt. from the farm.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 70 km, Pisa 90 km, Siena centre 20 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Colle Val d'Elsa, 2 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence and Pisa airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  5 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Siena.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There is an external telephone line.
