 I Greppi di Silli takes its name from the holiday farm's particular location, on the side of a hill at about 300 m. above sea level. "Greppi" are the typical terraces, which were built in the past by the farmers, in order to create level fields for the cultivation of olive-groves and vineyards. |
 From I Greppi di Silli, this is the name of the farmhouse, you can admire an amazing Chianti landscape with its countless shades of green, from the silvery hues of the olive-groves to the bright tones of the vineyards, and the dark shades of the cypresses to the pale greens of the distant mountains. |
The farm is situated 6 km from S. Casciano Val di Pesa and is the ideal place for setting out in discovery of the charming Tuscan countryside and visiting the famous art cities of Florence, Siena and Pisa. |
 The farm-house complex offers apartments that have been recently and carefully restored in true Tuscan style: terracotta floors and wooden beams are just two of the features recreating the original beauty and atmosphere of this old farm-house. |

 They live in a detached house of the farm a few steps away. Signora Anna looks after their lovingly tended garden and Signor Giuliano with his nephews looks after their 34 hectares vineyards and olive-groves to produce excellent wine such as Chianti Classico DOCG "Black Cockerel" and an extra-virgin olive oil of intense aroma. |
