from the website earlier comments, I must say I took my chance : I did well because I cound not find whatsoever, any negative matter : everything was perfect, from the straff to the structure and organization. Yes, indeed, the external surroundings are a bit derelict and the next-by city is not that top notch, but then that's not where I spent my time; on the other hand, the proximity of Livorno highways makes it so easy to drive away to all Tuscany main cities (and others as well): so, a pretty good surprise I would highly reoommend.

The Gastronomy restaurant is worth insisting upon : very good quality/price ratio.
Another marvel are the Thermae : so well equipped, so neat and so relaxing : a definite plus.

The signage at the entrance of the resort is misleading because it indicates the restaurant and the spa but not the hotel.
The car park is not in very good conditions (no tarmak)

The website shows the best pictures of the resort. Unfortunately, the resort is surrounded by horrible old buildings and cranes. The pool is not as good as on the picture. It lacks vegetation and the view from the pool area onto the ugly buildings is a shame.

The indoor spa facilities are very good. It could be described with more details.
The guestrooms are superbly designed, very modern and comfortable, they all have a balcony which is an added value.

The resort is only of four star standards, it is located in not such a nice area and the attention we received from staff is not 4-star. We stated we were on honeymoon but received no special touch.
Rooms and spa are great. Quite close to Pisa which is good.

The Avenue on which this hotel is situated is exrreemly long so a more precise location would be helpful

There was a rather unpleasent smell in and around the air conditioning which would be looked into

the hotel was very nice, especially liked the wellness centre. the local area was abit of a 'dump'. the food on site was very expense. the staff in the restaurant were unhelpful,arrogant and rude.the waiter was disinterested when i complained about my wifes meal.

the inside pool was under construction (in high season!) and promised at least for the weekend to be open. to use it would have been useful with the bed weather mid August.
The prices at the 'normal' Restaurant are much to high being with a family there and the portions small, just for degustation.
you have nearly no guests at the very special Restau! better would be a classical italian Restau.(pasta, pizza etc.)and as second upper class for specialities.
Espacially, because it's annoying to have a parking in town and would be practically if you'd have your own coach service (public bus is not regularly driving and on foot it's too far).
We asked several times to clean the tennis- court, but was not done.

very nice area to stay with nice rooms and pool. very good and generous breakfast. ACTIVITIES: for young people the Fitness room should be free to use and for example there is space to put a ping pong table.

arriving was quite confusing as the signs on the road pointed out to a gate that was closed as the Hotel has changed the entrance and the reception area. It would be better if the signs on the road would lead to the CORRECT entrance

I was a bit dissapointed concering the sorrounding area with acouple of damaged old houses that had their best times decades ago

The directions to the hotel are not very clear. The hotel is actually out of the village of Tyrrenia.

We were disppointed about the beaches near the hotel. The village is not very clean.
Also the romm are lovely but not sound proof. When people were walking in the rooms above us at night it was impossible to sleep.

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke,
in spite of being air conditioned. House
keeping attempted to improve the situation but
with no success. We were not offered another
room as the hotel was apparently full. The
shower was dissapointing, slightly mouldy, and
not up to the standard that Green Park Resort
try to put across.

no clear information about the location. We tried to transfer from the airport to the hotel by public busses. By the way, the Ressort is not located directly in Tirrenia what we had to find out hardly at night.
Very strange is, that there are no taxis. We stood for 30 min in Tirrenia at a taxi stopp-sign no chance! Anyway it is strange the the charge for each taxi-transfer should be about 30,- EUR.

we expected a nice place were we have everything incl. possibilities having dinner oder lunch. Both restaurants were closed. Finally it was just a guess as a small sign for excusion that we might get e.g. free mineralwater on our room. But it was just a guess...
Entertainment: the classical music in the breakfast-room and in the american bar at night is to much and is hours and hours the same.

wonderful new atmosphere, beautiful designs and architecture, exklusive, good and silent. - But, you have to find out everything on your own what happens around the hotel: way to the beach, any close food shop, bus stopp...

In the evening it is not so easy to find the Resort because there is no light to lit up the sign

many things in the bath room were not working properly, which is not at all the standard we could expect for a junior suite
the spa is extremly expenses, we even had to pay 15 euros for our child 4 years old
