  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 12am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floor and each building has an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There a very quiet, private, romantic and elegant room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, we dont'have any room with terrace.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have smoking and no-smoking room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In the rooms there is Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In the rooms are air conditioning ad it's not seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we have in the room the access to connect to internet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The open swimming pool is opne during summer time.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  To Pisa airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes in Tirrenia, just 2 km from us.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Pisa is 13 km, Siena 120 km, Florence 90 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Tirrenia, 2 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa airport "G. Galilei".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just in front of us name "Calambrone".
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Pisa Centrale.
• How far away is the beach?
  500 metres.
• Is the beach private or public?
  There is public and private beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have wellness centre with sauna,turkish bath,swimming pool with hydro massage, gym and Beaty centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes two restaurants "Le Ginestre" and "Lunasia".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
