  Check-in: from 02.00 pm.
  Check-out: before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

  Per room.

  Yes, buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  First - second - third. No lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only one from which the guest can enjoy of a spectacular view of the countryside and the town.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?

• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

  We are in the main square of Campagnatico.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
