• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 11pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per Person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes. Rich buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet. Please ask us our more romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, 3 rooms have a balcony, 2 rooms a court yard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The room N°28, N°29, N°30.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in superior rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes. all rooms are provided with a telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. Generally is open from May to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. Private parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Follonica (20 minutes by car), but with our help you can find the car in Hotel on arrival.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 120 km, Siena: 65 km. Pisa: 100 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The closest village is Massa Marittima. You can reach in 10 minutes on foot.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa, 100 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In town, but we can wait you at the bus-stop if you inform us about the time of arrival.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Follonica.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a sauna and a small room with gym equipment.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are a lot of restaurants in the centre 10 minutes by foot.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
