  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.

  No, breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you can not.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Italian are spoken at the reception.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  No.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, of course. All our apartments are very quite and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided by Giovanna Vacanze staff.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there is not balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not no smoking apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in each apartment there is a TV, unfortunately without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not a telephone in the apartments.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, in each apartment there is a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not a swimming pool.

  Yes, there is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Firenze, in Pisa or in Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, nearby the Property there are grocery stores and supermarkets.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, in the area surrounding the Property there are many vineyards.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence and Pisa are far off 40 kilometers, Siena is 30 kilometers.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Gimignano is the nearest village.

  Firenze airport is the nearest.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not this service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In San Gimignano there is the nearest bus-stop.
