• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 04.00 to 07.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 10.00 am.
  From Saturday to Saturday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, only on request we can organize a private Chef, for breakfast, lunch and dinners.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill must be settled one month before your arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The rooms are from the ground floor to the first floor, without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all this area is very private romantic and quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the apartments have a private courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, telephone is not available.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, all our apartments have not air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  All apartments have dining room and cooking facilities.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, Casolare and Tiglio have a private swimming pool. The two apartments Le Gemelle and Il Tirasotto have a shared swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, private parking inside the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Pisa airport or Lucca.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, grocery shops and supermarket.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 60km, Lucca 18Km, Beach 20Km and Pisa 20km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Monsagrati.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa international.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Only on request, for a exclusive service, we can organize it by helicopter.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just few minutes from the Villa.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Lucca and Pisa.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Will be available in the next futures.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we can organize a private Chef for your meals.
  Cooking course available too.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
