Six houses are available: the "Capannina", the "Gemelle 1", the "Gemelle 2", the "Tirasotto", the "Casolare" and the "Tiglio".

In common use for La Capannina, Le Gemelle and Il Tirasotto, there is a laundry room with 3 washing machines (one for each unit) and an utility room for bikes. Parking within the grounds next to the houses. Baby bed are available on request. Facilities for disabled are present in Casolare and Gemelle 1. |
 Al Tiglio - 8+2 guests - 210mē:
This former oil mill, beautiful restored to retain its original character, is about 100m from "Casolare". Beautiful panoramic position. There are fabulous view over the idyllic green countryside. Marble floor in the living room, parquet floor on the first floor, private garden with outdoor furniture and private swimming pool of 8x4mt.

This recently restored farmhouse is about 250 mt away from the others holiday homes, in a beautiful panoramic position with magnificent view down the hillside to the coastal plain. Beautiful furnishings with a mixture of antique and modern style. Wooden beam and terracotta tiled floors. Swimming pool to share with the other holiday homes, distance 250m.
Ground floor: entrance, living room with upholstered furniture and fireplace, kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, staircase leading to the upper floor, exit onto a patio area equipped with table and chairs to dine outside, one double bedroom, two bathrooms with shower and bidet, small staircase.

Country cottage semi-detached with "Le Gemelle", but completely independent. Private garden of around 300mē. Swimming pool to share with the other holiday homes.
Ground floor: large kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dining room and spacious living room with panoramic view, fireplace, single sofa bed, bathroom with shower and WC.

A former barn which has been turned into a beautiful country cottage with antique terracotta tiled floors and beamed ceilings. Private garden of around 300mē. Swimming pool to share with the other holiday homes.
