• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Rate is referred to the use of room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, bill can be settled on departure day.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German, French, Spanish and Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building is made of 5 floors.3 lifts are at guest's disposal.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  You can have private, quite and romantic rooms, usually are Suite Type and highest floors.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of the rooms have a balcony with nice view.

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Sat TVs with international channels are in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, each room has a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Heating and air conditioned is in all hotel's rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet Point available, ask the Reception desk.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Swimming pool is out of the Hotel, close t a nice veranda where you can oder from our "Open Air Menu".
  Swimming pool to not use at night and durins siesta hours.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Our Hotel has a Private parking area and a Garage with vallet service.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may ask at the reception.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is about 50 kms from our Hotel.
  Pisa is about 47 Kms from Hotel
  Lucca is about 20 Kms from Hotel.Siena is about 70 Kms from our Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nearest airports are Florence and Pisa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a private minibus, available upon request both for transfers to and from airports and for daily trips.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Nearest bus stop is Montecatini Centro. 5 minutes walking
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Nearest Train Station is Montecatini Centro. 10 minutes walking.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?

  Pets of very small size are welcome.
