• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are seven floors in the building and we have three lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms on the first floor have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms on the first floor have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a flat screen TV 26" with international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is direct dial telphone in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning and it is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All public areas have Wi-Fi Internet connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have parking which is free of charge and a garage up to 40 cars at extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the airport that is just 800 m from the hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are many shops in Pisa Centre, just 2 km away.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 82 km far, Siena is 148 km far and Pisa is 2 km far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest town are Pisa and Lucca (12km)
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Pisa Int. Airport Galilei.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have a shuttle service from/to Pisa Airport scheduled.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Not enough near to be useful.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Pisa Central Station (2 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a gym with technogym equipment at guests disposal, free of charge.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small and medium pets are welcome and it is free of charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is Internet connection in all rooms.
