  Check In from 2pm until 10pm, Check Out before 10am.

  Per Villa.

  No, the villa is self-catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All accommodations are romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens are supplied by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.

  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

  Yes, at 5 minutes walking in the nearest village.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes but the property is situated in one of the most famous olive oil region, so olive trees are all around!
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence and Siena 30 min. by car. Pisa 1 our and 20 minutes by car.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  S. Ellero (10-15 min. by car).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence FLR, 75 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  S. Ellero.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
