• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and a little bit German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is a 1st floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartment is very quite and private. The bedrooms are romantics.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide for linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartment has a big terrace where you can enjoy your time.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  It's a free choice.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

  Firenze is at 40 Km, Siena is at 35 Km, San Gimignano is at 12 Km, Pisa is at 55 Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Poggibonsi and Castelfiorentino.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is at Pisa or Firenze.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
