• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in and Check out between 2:00am to 20:00pm. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, we offer self-catering only.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, heating is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can, but only the deposit of 20% at reservation is obligatory.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and little bit of English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Some apartments are on the ground floor some others on second floor, please choose your favourite accommodation.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the apartments are very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, however offer a large garden for everybody.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, any apartments have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, non smoking rooms not available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, every apartments with Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, any apartments have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, none of the apartments have a air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, all the apartments are with dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, a very nice swimming pool with solarium facilities.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, free parking is available inside the farmhouse.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Montepulciano is the closest.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 90 km, Siena 45 km, Rome 150 km and Pisa km 190.

  Montepulciano 4 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa or Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we can't offer this service.
