• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 8pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast with home made products is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, Italian, English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  First and ground floor, there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We, provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is one with private terrace and there is another terrace that two rooms divide, the rooms at the ground floor have a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No they don't.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all our rooms, but guests can smoke in the living room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There are Tv in room at the first floor.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not. But we can give you a telephone on request.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is our living room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we can use the property pc.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a free parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Viareggio.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is one 1 km away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No, there are not, but at the property there are some olive trees.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence: 70 km.
  Pisa: 30.
  Siena: 170 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Lucca: 19 km
  Pietrasanta: 3 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa: 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  From Pietrasanta Station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Pietrasanta.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Pietrasanta.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are some 500 meters away.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  On request.
