• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is. Our Breakfast is "on menu" and includes a rich choice of typical salami or cheeses, our homemade jams, fresh eggs and whatever else you want, i.e. also "french toast".
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  On the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are quiet and romantic: our proud is the silence.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels (also for the swimming pool) are provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but there is a large, romantic and historic garden, pleasant open furnished spaces in front of the House, and a panoramic terrace overlooking Siena, in addition to 8 acres of fields (completely fenced-in) around.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms are on the ground floor.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have satellite TV (only one has VCR).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is a telephone in the main living room. But we have provided a few mobile phones to give our guests together with the room key during the whole stay with us (phone cards not included in the price).
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, it is outside under the loggia or in a pic-nic space area on the belvedere terrace.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have: it is at disposal of our guests in certain hours of the day (with a little extra charge).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, 16x8 m in the shape of an half a moon. We usually open it before Easter and we are closing it early November.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a private shaded parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Siena, also near the Estate, there are the main Agencies. Or at Florence railway station or Pisa/Florence Airports.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at about 800 mt distance.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes. And also a lot of olive trees.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Firenze Km 60, Siena Km 3, Pisa Km 80.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Siena 3 km away and the small village of Due Ponti at 800 mt.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No. But on request we can arrange it.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At the main gate of the estate, an "On Request Bus" running at whatever time we've booked it (not on Sunday); and the City Bus stop 800 mt far, running every 15 min.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Siena 3 Km . We can offer a shuttle service to and from the railway station.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, since we have three dogs, very friendly with the "humans", not exactly the same with other animals. Only in the Junior Suite Dovecot (which it has a little private fenced-in garden) we can accept them.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
