• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: Saturday from 5:00 pm. until 7:00 pm.
  Check-out: Saturday before 10:00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Spanish, French, Portogues and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Villa La Loggia and Villa Colombina are on the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our apartments are very quiet and very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartments have a private space in the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  La Loggia has a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all apartments have a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all apartments have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  The property has a restaurant. However, there is also a nice patio to share and each apartments has a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a large and confortable swimming pool with Jacuzzi.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, private parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Arezzo, 8 km far (AVIS, HERTZ, EUROPCAR).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Few groceries and a big supermarket are located at just 3 Km from the property.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is at 60 Km, Siena is at 45 Km, Pisa is at 180 Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Alberoro is the nearest village, it is 3 Km far.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Florence "Peretola", 100 km far.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request we can organize a pickup service from and to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is 300 mt far away from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is "Arezzo", 8 km far.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a Jacuzzi in the swimming pool.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have a nice and cosy restaurat.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
