• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 05.00 pm to 07.00 pm.
  Check-out: within 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  No.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not included, It's an extra charge.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, French, Portogues.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Many of our apartments are on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The majority of our apartmets have a private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.

  Yes, there is a big swimming pool with Jacuzzi massages.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You could rent a car at the railway station of Arezzo, 8 km far.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at 3000 meters.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are few wineyards 2 km far.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  60 km Florence, 40 km Siena, 135 km Pisa.

  Alberoro, 3 km far.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
