Fonteverde Spa & Hotel is located in the Southern corner of Tuscany bordering with Umbria and Lazio: the Val d'Orcia. It's an unspoilt and untouched part of Italy and at the same time very easy to reach because it's half way between Florence and Rome, an hour and a half south of Florence and two hours north of Rome (driving distances). |
Coming from Rome:
Take the A1 heading north towards Florence (Firenze) and exit at Chiusi-Chianciano. Follow directions for Sarteano at first (after the pay toll turn left) and then take for San Casciano dei Bagni. Once in the little town of San Casciano there are signs for Centro Termale Fonteverde, the hotel is 1 km far off from the center of the little town.
Coming from Florence:
Take the A1 heading south towards Rome (Rome) and exit at Chiusi-Chianciano. Follow directions for Sarteano at first (after the pay toll turn left) and then take for San Casciano dei Bagni. Once in the little town of San Casciano there are signs for Centro Termale Fonteverde, the hotel is at 1 km from the center of the little town. |
