• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast, taxes and service are included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, You can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception are spoken Italian, English, Russian, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 3 floors served by 3 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Not all of our rooms have terraces, just de luxe double, junior suites, valley view suites and some of our privilege hill view rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are not any balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in each rooms there is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in each rooms there is a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, in all our rooms there is air conditioning and there is not an extra charge, it is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is an internet point in the property.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have 7 swimming pools, including one for pets. They are supplied with thermal water and are open year round. Three of them are outside, opened from april to october, weather permitting.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, the property has a parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception our staff will be happy to help our guests to rent a car.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are grocery stores and supermarket in San Casciano, 1 km far off our property.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are many vineyards nearby the property; the most famous are Montalcino and Montepulciano.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 150 Km far off the property, Siena is 92 km far off the property and Pisa is 240 km far off the property.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest Village is San Casciano dei Bagni.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Full SPA with 50 treatment rooms, a fully equipped gym with personal trainer and more than 100 different types of treatments.

  Yes, we also have a pool for pets.
