We were greeted and offered anything we wanted. They made us feel 'at home' not like visitors. We had a fabulous time. It was great. We will try to go back next year.

That even though you are in a bed and breakfast situation, it feels like your home, except you are the one being taken care of.

It is in a great spot, overlooking the hills of Tuscany. You can get to pretty much anywhere in less than a hour, usually 20-30 minutes. The people who live/work at the Villa are all nice and fun to be around. It is like staying with out of town family (the good ones).

There was a big group of french guests from a wedding that should have been gone by the time of arrival. We understood from our hosts that it was very difficult to get them away in time. We do not blame them for this. It was the french group that didn't follow the arrangements.
After they left the villa was quiet as always.

We have been before at the Villa, so the website was not necessary to get an impression.
The Villa was as the previous time: excellent!

Stylish, private, very quiet area with stunning view, you feel like home, relaxing athmosphere, very nice pool, tidy, great host Paolo Kastelec.
Not cheap though.

The dinner for all the guest twice per week. If we had known, probably would have changed our plans in order to assist.

A beautifull Villa in a beautifull place. Excellent view and very friendly staff. Delightfull experience.
