• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 12.00 pm. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per accommodation.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Only for the rooms and for certain period for Villa Fontelunga.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  50% deposit 8 weeks prior arrival and balance at arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, French and Italian.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet and beautiful.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  A courtyard for the twin room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
