• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price. It's an English breakfast that offers many kinds of specialities.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 2 floors and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and romantic.
  
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, towels and linens are provided.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only the rooms on the ground floor have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smooking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, every room has a TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and it is free of charge for our guests to use.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, at the moment there is not but we are organizing it.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool in the garden and it is open from June to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at a car rental office close to our property.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are a lot of grocery stores that sell typical Tuscan products close to our property.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are. The biggets wine producer in Tuscany is located only 500 meters from our property and you can visit their vineyards, their old cellar and the wine shop.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 15 Km away from our property, Siena 50 Km and Pisa 96 Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is S. Casciano.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is in Florence, about 30 Km from us.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is only a couple of minutes' walk from our property and you can reach Florence by bus in only 10 minutes.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Florence's Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
