 Hotel La Fonte del Cieco is situated between two amazing territories, Siena and Florence.
It is in the so beautiful Chianti shire near the land of the most famous medieval castles, for example the Brolio Castle of Bettino Ricasoli Baron. The building where the Hotel is house is a typical medieval house, and the building dates back to the beginning of the 20th century and it is situated above a natural spring called "Fonte del Cieco" in the oldest corner of the town of Gaiole in Chianti. |
 It seemed a severe building but inside the atmosphere is everything but so, nor Francesca's welcome and hospitality are very kindly and gentle. In the Hotel there are seven bedrooms each on named after a different flower of Tuscan countryside, whose rich colours are reflected in the decor and pictures of the rooms. Hotel La Fonte del Cieco offers just breakfast, that during the summer you can have in the terrace which overlooks the main square named to the character of the 19th century, Bettino Ricasoli. |
