Your two receptionists (one in training) were delightful and couldn't have been more helpful.

We had a GPS and yet drove past the property twice before locating it. A sign on the roadside would be really helpful.

The hotel proprietors were gracious and treated us very well upon arrival. They greeted us by name even before we introduced ourselves.

The rooms was very clean, spacious and in good condition, and we were entirely happy with it.

This B&B is in an attractive setting, the entry, breakfast room and bedroom was in good physical condition and it is very close to Siena. The breakfast was complete and fresh capuccino/espresso was provided. Our rooms had a small fridge; this was useful for storing snacks and lunch during our stay. The owners were attentive but discreet.
This B&B is a good value.

As long as you don't mind the short walk to the Tufi gate or the short drive to the Campo parking, this is a first-rate B&B with very friendly staff.

We were very satisfied with F dei Tufi, especially with the breakfast (in the garden!), the kindliness of the staff, the cleanliness of our room and other facilities. Just a small negative comment about our room: it was on the ground floor, a bit dark and as the other guests could look into our room we could not stay there by oepened window. We woud have prefered a room on the first floor. But: as we were not all day long in our room (only in the evening), it was not a big problem for us. We can recommend this nice BB hotel for everybody by heart. :-)
