• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 10pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Of course you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, some French and very small German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Three floor with no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, 4 rooms at top floor are very romantic and good for honeymooners.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not. But building has a large garden for all guests.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have LCD flat screen tv with satellite decoder.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning included in the price, at any time of the year.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but all rooms have Internet plug and are internet ready.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, not yet.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Guarded private parking is avaliable.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Anywhere in town. It can be arranged also by us by phone, prior to your arrival.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Siena is less than 800 meters. Florence is 60 kilometers, Pisa is 100 kilometers from property.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Peretola Airport is the clostest.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can provide a shuttle transfer upon request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 5 meters from the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  At 2 kilometers from the property, Siena Central Railway.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
