 Our property has a large garden fully equipped with sun umbrellas, tables and chairs, where to have breakfast or just where to relax. We also have a guarded private parking inside the property. We have a nice hall with fireplace, where to read and rest in wintertime. Outside the garden, we have a small forest where to take pleasant walks. |

| Surrounded by groves, plants and trees, the Fonte ai Tufi is just a few steps out of Porta Tufi, on a hill. A real Tuscan farmhouse just outside Siena ancient walls, at some meters from the historical centre. At a few meters from the property, you can fine the bus stop where to jump on the "pollicino" bus toward the city historical centre. At only 300 meters from us, you can find one of the top commercial areas of Siena, where to buy almost anything, from food to shoes, from drinks to clothes. At about 200 meters, there is Siena South exit, so that u can leave easily to Florence or to Rome. As the Fonte dei Tufi is in the centre of Siena, both historical centre and commercial area can be reached by car or by bus.
