• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 4pm till 7pm.
  Check-out: within 10,00.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The weekly prices is per apartment. The overnight staying price is per person breakfast included.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the price of overnights staying.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 2 apartments on the first floor and 6 apartments on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our apartments are all quietly and nice.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens are include in the price.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a free parking on the shade.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in San Quirico d'Orcia, 7 km from here.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Pienza (2 km from here) there are grocery stores.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Here near is a lot of vineyards (Montepulciano and Montalcino).
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 170 kms, Siena 40 kms, Pisa 220 kms.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Pienza is at 2,5 kms.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Perugia airport 65 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chiusi (45 km from here).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
