  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 6.30pm, Check Out before 10am.

  Price is per apartment.

• Can we settle the bill on arrival?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Apartment are on the ground floor or on the first floor we do not have elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Torretta, Fornino and Capriata with a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is television no satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?

  Florence is 80 Km far, Pisa is 150 Km.

  Florence is the nearest airport
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

  At 150 metres from property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Siena.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?

• Are pets welcome?
