 Our three colourful apartments are the result of the patient restructuration of an old warehouse beside a historic, noble palace, located in front of the Fonte del Castagno, the old village fountain built in 1265. The original features of the apartments have remained the same so that inside you will find arches and ceilings with ancient brick vaults that can be admired in their original splendor. |
 The furnishings, in keeping with the particular architectural features of the apartments, are mostly antique and very confortable. In front of the house is an extensive, panoramic garden designed on various levels and shaded by tall trees whith garden furniture and a barbecue available. |
 A few kilometers of distance from our home you can visit beautiful towns such a Siena, Cortona, Arezzo, Perugia, Montepulciano and Montalcino which are famous for the production of famous wines (Nobile and Brunello) and the landscapes of the Chianti Classico, the Orcia Valley with Pienza and Bagno Vignoni and the Sienese Cretes with the white truffles specialties of San Giovanni d'Asso. |
Fonte del Castagno is very near to the famous Thermal Baths of the Tuscany: Rapolano Terme, Montepulciano, Chianciano Terme, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni di San Filippo e San Casciano dei Bagni. For its location, this property is particulary adapted for all year rentals. |
