Facilities, equipment etc. were probably the best we have experienced in a holiday apartment.

The appartment was delightful. The view from the balcony spectacular.
Due to the close promimity of the appartments you could unfortunately hear other occupants, particularly children. This did affect the serenity of the environment.

It would perhaps be better for the future if guests knew that they needed to settle the bill in cash as there is no credit card facilities.

The main track to the property looks like it would not lead to such a wonderful setting. But persevere you are on the right track!

Ilyllic surroundings. La Tramontana is a beautiful appartment, secluded and private. try to avoid school holidays though.

We were delayed by 4 and a half hours so arrived very late. Got lost trying to get out of Florence in the dark. I do not think we had any travel instructions from you. We arrived at the appartment after everyone had gone to bed, but as we have stayed there before we knew which was our appartment and the key had been left for us.
