Views and more views. So convenient to big city and absolutely lovely small town with it's own special charm. This experience is the only way to do tuscany and florence house will always be at the top of my list. I hope to be a ble to bring my family back. The owners (Paola and family) could not have been kinder or more lovely!!!

We were warmly welcomed and not only shown everything in the accommodation, but also given advice on things to do in the area, where to park and go in Florence etc.

It's a beautiful, well equiped apartment, with a wonderfully friendly family running it.

I got the feeling that the website seems to charge different prices at different times, so it was necessary to have the voucher with the agreed price.
There was no query about the price, just that the we did need the voucher.

I would include that it is very close to a large supermarket (this was a big plus).
I'd also include a few more land marks etc in the directions. While they were accurate directions, it's sometimes difficult to follow sign posts in Italy as there will be a whole lot of them at an intersection and you've passed them before you can read them all.

I'd tell them it is a fantasic apartment in a large Tuscan house. It's really handy for going to Florence, Siena, Chianti and all the other areas around Tuscany. It has great conveniences close by. And that it's run by a lovely, friendly family who will make your stay a pleasure.

Wonderful!! We had plans to meet friends for dinner in Florence and our hosts changed their plans to allow for us to follow them as it was our first itme into Florence. We much appreciated the help.

We had a wonderful time in this home. Our hosts were accomodating and made us feel welcome. Tips on sightseeing and restaurants were appreciated and always perfect!! We will recommend this home to others.

Olive groves were added piece of Tuscany we didn't anticipate. It was fun to walk through them.
So easy to get to San Girimigano, Sienna and Pisa or Lucca

It was a piece of Tuscany just fifteen minutes outside of Florence. The home was a stone farmhouse or barn renovated in an open airy Tusacan style. The grounds and views from the Estate were beautiful. It was so easy to get to other towns in Tuscany and easy to get into Florence.

The directions eventually told us to follow restaurant signs but never gave us the correct turn to get to those signs.
There seemed to be some confusion on the price. Your web page should be in contact with Florence House rental and make all offers and prices clear.

We were very pleased with everything about the apartment we stayed in. The price was great for 2 bedrooms, clean, friendly. The owners brought up a box of toys for our children to play with and later in the week left Italian cookies for the FAt Tuesday celebrations.

I had been on your web pg several times before I acually booked this apartment. Right before I booked it a discount of 20 percent for short notice booking came up with the off season booking.
We booked on Wednesday and arrived on Saturday. Seems short notice to me. The owners were unaware of this and the 15 percent off season was fine with us. This miscomunication doesn't seem like something that should be left for the customer to deal with.

Perfect if you want to see Florence but don't want to be in the city everyday. The price is better than a suite in a hotel and had more space. There was space outside for the kids and the dog to run. THere was a Large grocery store close by for all your provisions.
