• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 4.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 10.00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included, but you can have it in our bar and it costs as a normal bar, depending on what you would like to have!
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments are maximum on the 1st floor, so you won't need a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet, private and also romantic because of the peaceful that wrap all our little borgue. Of course there are some apartments that are particulary private or romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All the linen for bed, bath and kitchen is provided and changed once a week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of our apartments have a terrace or a private garden, but all of our guests could relax in our big garden and in our green park with garden furniture for everybody.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Three of our apartments have a terrace/balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  You can have the TV with national channels on request (it's free).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in each apartment there is a direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, our apartments do not have air conditioning. They are old buildings with big wall, they are quite cold so usually they do not need the air conditioned.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  In our Residence there is a Restaurant and many spaces outside to organize dinners all together.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have a big open swimming pool and a little one for children. It's open from mid May to mid September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have our parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Poggibonsi (the nearest rail station) at about 5 km from the Residence or in the main airports (Florence and Pisa).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, the nearest supermarket are at 5 km in Poggibonsi or 7 km in Castellina in Chianti. Of course primary foods (fresh milk, bread, butter, etc.)are sold in our bar.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  We have a vineyard 4 km from the Residence where once a week we organise free guided tour of the cellars with wine tasting for our guests.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  We are between Siena (20 minutes driving) and Florence (40 minutes drioving), near the wonderful town of San Gimignano (20 mintes driving); near Volterra (30 minutes driving). Pisa is about 1h and half driving.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest are Poggibonsi (5 km) and Castellina in Chianti (6 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence (50 km)
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we collaborate with a shuttle service (at an extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  On the way to Poggibonsi, at about 3 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Poggibonsi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a delicious Restaurant where our guests could appreciate the genuine Tuscan cuisine and drink our fabulous wines.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible.
