• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 10.00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  It is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Our clients usually settle the bill at check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Spanish and Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are four floors (included ground). There is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet room and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only one room has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room has each own satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is direct dialling line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning and it is included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Every room is provided with internet access, for your personal PC.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There are two swimming pools not far from the property.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is. And it is included in the price.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence Airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are. There are 1 km far.
  
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  There are several vineyards in Montalbano, Artimino, Montespertoli, Vinci.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is only 30 minutes far by car or train, Siena is an hour by car or train and Pisa is 40 minutes by car or train.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Vinci, Montelupo Fiorentino.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  We are between Florence's airport and Pisa's airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No. Only from Montelupo-Capraia railway station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 10 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montelupo-Capraia is at 5 minutes by walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. Every room is provided with internet access.
