• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are the weekly rates for villa/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, there isn't a breakfast service in the residence.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can pay the bill at the check-in or at the check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the bedrooms are quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens are supplied by the property, except for towels to be used on the swimming pool.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Outside guests have at their disposal a vast and reserved garden area, furnished with tables, chairs, deckchairs and beach umbrellas.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, the residence has a swimming-pool with a wide solarium area adjoining.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, inside the park a broad area has turned into a private parking. Access is controlled by an automatic gate, for which guests will be provided of remote control.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Castelfiorentino 5 km away or at the Airports of Florence, Pisa or at Florence railway-station.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Guests can make their shop in Montaione (1 Km far from the residence) or in Castelfiorentino (5 Km far from the residence).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, the estate is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  San Gimignano (15 Km), Volterra (25 Km), Florence (50 Km), Siena (50 Km), Pisa (50 Km) and Lucca (60 Km).
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Montaione, 1 km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Castelfiorentino (5 km away from the residence).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
