• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: Saturday from 16:00 pm to 19:00 pm.
  Check-out: Saturday within 10:00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  It's the weekly price per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the apartments are self-catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Apartments has an indipendent entrance and are located at ground floor or at first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all apartments are quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen are provided by us, but there are an extra.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All of them have a front door private area equipped with table, chairs and sun-umbrella.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, Tv upon request (extra payment).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a pay-phone in the reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Florence or Empoli.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in the village of Baccaiano (1,5 km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 25 km, Siena 45 km, Pisa 65 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Baccaiano (1,5 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Baccaiano (1,5 km).

  The nearest railway station is in Montelupo Fiorentino, where you can find trains to Florence, Pisa and Siena.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
