Accommodations

 Every apartment has a livingroom with kitchen corner completely equipped, you can make excellent dishes. The kitchen is in realwood with a granite board. Bathrooms are completely renewed and all with shower. The bedrooms are in tuscan style (beginning 20th century), with stone floors, wooden cellings, and wooden beds with orthopaedical mattresses. |
 The Apartments has an indipendent entrance and are located at ground floor or at first floor. All of them have a front door private area equipped with table, chairs and sun-umbrella. Washingmachines are on request (on payment). In the structure there is also a barbecue with a long table available for the guests who like cooking and eating outside all together. Pets are not allowed in the manor house, but only in the apartments located in the nearby farmhouses.
At Fezzana the apartments are divided in many typologies: |
 Type "A" 4+2 guests, with three rooms: livingroom with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
Type "B" 4+2 guests, with three rooms: livingroom with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, and one bathroom.
Type "C" 4 guests, with three rooms: livingroom, two double bedrooms, and one bathroom.
Type "D" 2+2 guests, with two rooms: livingroom with double sofa bed, one double bedroom, and one bathroom.
Type "E" 2 guests, with two rooms: livingroom, one double bedroom, and one bathroom.
Type "F" 6 guests, with four rooms: livingroom, three double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. |
