 Inside Villa Ferrante has a fully equipped kitchen with: dishwasher, juice maker, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen knives (bottle opener, corkscrew) and washing machine. In the living room there are: radio, CD & tape player, selection of musical CDs (jazz, classical, pop), first aid kit, iron and ironing board, torch, candles, matches etc.
In the bedrooms, you will find: all bed linens and towels, sheets and blankets, each bedroom has a wardrobe with plenty of hangers and chest of drawers, hair dryer. |

| The village of "Londa" is a few minutes walking distance from the Villa and contains a variety of shops including butchers, bakers, two small supermarkets and two greengrocers. There are two excellent restaurants, one of this specialized in fresh fish and pizzas and the inevitable village's bar with pastry-shop. The village has a bank with cash machine. |
